Content and access

Quant provides portfolio, watchlist and weekly reports, with their content and accompanying files. The price, access period and provider details shown before payment form part of your order. Access codes follow the terms shown at purchase. Content revisions keep a version history.

The text, data, reports and files provided by this subscription are for information only. They are not personalized investment advice, and do not promise returns or protection of principal. Make independent decisions in light of your own circumstances.

Refund policy

After activation and the start of content delivery, change-of-mind refunds are available only where required by law. Your rights concerning non-delivery, service failures and duplicate charges remain unaffected.

Activation does not mean the entire future service period has been delivered. Undelivered services and refunds required by law are handled under applicable law and actual performance. Later changes to these terms do not retroactively restrict existing orders.

Delivery and cancellation

Email and agent delivery can be managed separately. Content email stays off after you turn it off. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access until expiry. Stopping delivery or renewal is not itself a refund request.
